The team that quotes your job is the team that shows up and does it.

No jargon, no chasing. Here's exactly what happens when you get in touch.
Call, email or fill in the contact form with a few details about your project. We usually reply within a few hours with a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
We come and look at the ground, talk through what you actually need, and give you a fixed price, with no surprise extras once work starts.
Our own crew turns up when we say they will and gets it done to building control standard, start to finish.

Raft foundations provide a strong, reinforced concrete base that spreads the building's load across a wider area, making them the right solution for soft ground, made-up ground and building close to trees, the conditions we deal with most across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
We can work directly from your structural engineer's drawings and specifications, ensuring the foundation is built to the required dimensions and reinforcement details. If your engineer has specified a raft, talk to us early, before the spec is finalised, and we'll help you plan around the ground you've actually got.
From excavation through to the finished concrete raft, DPC Groundworks can provide a complete groundworks package, helping keep your extension project straightforward and efficiently managed. It's one of the things we're best known for, and one we want to be known for even more.
See our Raft Foundations pageFrom the first dig to the last paving slab, we've built swimming pool projects across some of the biggest gardens in Kent, Surrey and Sussex: proper levels, proper drainage, and a finish that matches the rest of your garden.

From Tunbridge Wells out across the wider Kent, Surrey and Sussex borders. If you're within a comfortable drive of Langton Green, we can help.
See all areas we cover →Every site is different, so we don't quote blind. We'll visit, look at the ground and access, and give you a fixed price before any work starts, with no hourly rates and no surprise extras.
A driveway or patio is usually days rather than weeks; foundations and raft jobs depend on ground conditions and weather. We'll give you a realistic timeframe at quote stage, and keep you posted if anything changes.
Often not for groundworks, driveways or patios, but it depends on your property and any local restrictions. If you're not sure, ask us. We deal with this regularly and can point you in the right direction, or flag it if it applies to your project.
No. The team that quotes your job is the same team that turns up and does it, start to finish, so quality stays consistent and you're never left chasing someone else for answers.

Made-up ground and a mature oak fifteen feet from the build line: an engineer-specified raft, poured in one visit and signed off by building control first time.

Sloping garden, single-width side access, every load barrowed in. Full pool groundworks, drainage and porcelain surround finished inside the quoted window.
